Get connected in under five minutes.

Download the app for your platform, sign in with your account e-mail, and pick a server. Manual configuration guides are below for anything that doesn't run a native app.

Windows

Windows 10 & 11

  1. Download the installer from your account dashboard after checkout.
  2. Run the installer and sign in with your account e-mail.
  3. Pick a server on the map or tap "Quick Connect" for the fastest one.
  4. Turn on the kill switch in Settings → Network for fail-closed protection.
  1. Download the .dmg from your dashboard; open it and drag the app to Applications.
  2. Approve the system extension prompt — required for the encrypted tunnel driver.
  3. Sign in and connect. Works identically on Intel and Apple Silicon Macs.
macOS

.deb, .rpm, and CLI

  1. Install the package that matches your distro (Debian/Ubuntu = .deb, Fedora = .rpm).
  2. Run mycloudvpn login and paste the token from your dashboard.
  3. Connect from the CLI (mycloudvpn connect) or the optional tray GUI.
  1. Install "MyCloudVPN" from the App Store and open it.
  2. Sign in, then tap "Allow" on the VPN configuration prompt from iOS.
  3. Enable "Connect on Untrusted Wi-Fi" in Settings for automatic protection on public networks.

  1. Install from Google Play, or download the signed APK directly if Play Services isn't available.
  2. Sign in and grant the VPN permission when prompted by Android.
  3. Enable "Always-on VPN" in Android's network settings for extra protection against tunnel drops.
  1. Generate an OpenVPN or WireGuard configuration file from your account dashboard.
  2. Import it under your router's VPN client settings (OpenWRT, Asus-Merlin, DD-WRT all supported).
  3. Every device on that network is now covered — no per-device app needed.
